Macy's was my favorite store, but I was kicked out by the sales manager, for not wearing a mask. I have a health condition, and even after explaining it to her, she kicked me out! I felt so sad! I called the Governor 's office, and they said that was not ok. I called Macy's , and talked to the manager, and explained. No apology, they told me to shop on line. I shopped online, and had Macy's bucks, that would take money off of what I purchased! I used them, and received an email that they took money off my purchase, then they waited so long to send it out! They charged me full price, because of their negligence! Shame! We are not New York!

I love the fact that every time I go in there to either shop for myself or shop for my wife all the employees all remember my daughter's name which is so heartfelt to me wonderful customer service and I would recommend Macy's to anybody else

The ladies are always helpful when you need them there to help pick out cologne or perfume.

Macy's is hit and miss with many things. Store is generally a mess with clothes unfolded and scattered about. Finding sizes and styles can be a challenge.
Most recent visit was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales woman. It was a nice experience.
